Kristin Hulett, Owner

Kristin has an extensive background in hospitality with a focus on event planning and personalized services, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. She is the backbone of Coastal Concierge and works diligently on caring for client homes, coordinating vendor appointments, and project oversight.

Kent Ammons, Regional Manager | Ponte Vedra

Kent has a background in vacation rental management in addition to home improvement and renovation in the Jacksonville Beach area. In common with Kristin, he too is an Osprey and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. Kent is our Regional Manager for the Ponte Vedra branch where he takes great care of client homes, coordinates vendor appointments, and oversees projects on their behalf. He is our eyes, ears, hands, and feet in beautiful Ponte Vedra.

Megan and Courtney

are invaluable in their aid to the company’s success with their discrete and professional service. Their trained eye and trustworthy character are the driving force that separate our company from others.

Our company’s primary focus is monitoring homes of absentee owners. Our weekly wellness checks ensure each home is well maintained while unoccupied and prepped for the owner’s return. Coastal Concierge provides much more than on-site monitoring; we bring peace of mind to owners who can be confident their home is receiving proper care and attention. Acting as the homeowner while you are away, we tend to the needs of each owner and home specifically.

From vendor coordination to grocery shopping, mail forwarding, hurricane prepping, and vehicle maintenance, we do it all. We work closely with local plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, security companies, and many more. Coordinating vendors and overseeing home projects and repairs through completion is a daily task and we keep the homeowner informed every step of the way.
