Home Monitoring
We perform a thorough and routine inspection of your home inside and out paying close attention to areas of access such as windows and doors. During our inspection we flush toilets and run water to keep traps full and to prevent sewer gasses from entering into the home. With the changing of the seasons, we make sure thermostats are set appropriately and to your liking. During our consultation, we’ll put together a personalized checklist for your home specifically.
Vendor Coordination
In the instance we come across an issue during our inspection that requires an outside vendor, we coordinate and oversee the appointment relaying all information to you first. We have established many great working relationships with local vendors and have an extensive list of providers we highly recommend and use regularly. We are also happy to work with any vendor of your preference.
Project Oversight
Going through a home renovation or have a project going on? With our frequent visits during construction, regular communication with vendors, and weekly progress reports including photos, you’ll feel like you’re there overseeing the work yourself.

Receiving mail at your Florida home? We can forward it up to you! We make weekly trips to the post office and can forward as needed.

Hurricane Prep
We keep a close eye on the tropics during hurricane season and prep your home accordingly by bringing in light to medium weight outdoor items, lowering hurricane shutters, etc. We follow up right after the storm by performing a thorough walk through and an update to you.
